K•Call is the First 24/7 Outsourcing Contact Center in Georgia.
K•Call has been operating in Georgia since 2016. For this moment the company cooperates with Georgian and International companies and provides them with a full range of contact center services and makes their customers HAPPY.
Responsibilities:
- Study of existing services and products of the partner company
- Processing inbound requests in social networks
- Handle inbound customer calls and providing information about the company’s services
- Qualified Consulting for Potential / Active customers, providing, offering and promoting product / service Information
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
- Very good language skills in Turkish, both written and spoken (especially written skills)
- Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- A good command of the Turkish language;
- Good communication skills;
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Love to talk and listen carefully
