🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the company.
- Create and maintain employee schedules and shift rotations.
- Track vacations, sick leaves, and attendance.
- Handle contracts, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
- Support management in strategic decision-making by providing structured operational insights.
🔹 Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or HR.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and office productivity tools.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Languages: English (fluent) and Russian (fluent) are mandatory.
