    Position: Operations Manager

    Location: Tbilisi, Ketevan Tsamebuli Ave. 47

    Employment type: Full-time

    🔹 Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operations of the company.
    • Create and maintain employee schedules and shift rotations.
    • Track vacations, sick leaves, and attendance.
    • Handle contracts, documentation, and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
    • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
    • Support management in strategic decision-making by providing structured operational insights.

    🔹 Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or HR.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and office productivity tools.
    • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
    • Languages: English (fluent) and Russian (fluent) are mandatory.
